We built Lipstick Flip to be the opposite of that. Our owner is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, so we've sat on the other side of the table — with a seller who needs the house on the market by Friday and a contractor who won't commit to Thursday. That's the problem we set out to fix.
Today we handle full kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, carpet, and interior and exterior painting across the Charlotte area, for homeowners, sellers, agents, and investors. The jobs are different. The rules aren't.
